After your course ends, it may take up to 4-6 weeks for your CE Certificate to be e-mailed to you. We try to get it to you faster, but sometimes parts of the process out of our control take a while. If you need your certificate sooner, please email us and we can assess the possibility on a case-by-case basis.
You can miss no more than 15 minutes of your training per day. We do not set this rule–APA does. We cannot change it, as much as we wish we could. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late or leave more than 15 minutes early or any combination thereof (i.e. arrive 7 minutes late, leave 6 minutes early), you will not be given CEs. Your times in and out will be tracked and reported, either by your trainer, a volunteer, or through a sign-in/sign-out process they provide for you.
Within a day or two of your course ending (or each module, if you are attending Core Skills) we will email you a required evaluation form to fill out. Again, this is an APA requirement.
