The Created For Connection Workshop will guide you and your spouse through seven conversations that capture defining moments in a love relationship. Through these conversations you will see how to shape these defining moments to create a secure and lasting bond.

Honolulu – September 7-8, 2018

Deepen your covenant relationship with this engaging approach to cultivating emotional and spiritual connection with your spouse. Whether you are looking to enrich a healthy relationship, renew the love you used to feel, or need help to rescue a relationship which has gone awry, you will experience the source of a lasting and emotionally satisfying relationship.

The Message of Created for Connection is Simple

  • Don't learn how to argue better, analyze your early childhood, or make grand romantic gestures.
  • Instead, get to the underpinnings of your relationship by recognizing that you are attached to, and dependent on, your sweetheart in much the same way as a child is on a parent, and we are on Heavenly Father, for nurturing, soothing and protection.
  • The way to enhance, or save our relationships, with each other - as with God - is to be open, attuned and responsive to re-establish safe emotional connection.
  • This program offers Christian Couples the links between the gospel and scripture to the new science of love and loving.
  • It demonstrates excellent results in research studies - couples become happier and more connected.
  • It gives couples a way through their conflicts, builds closeness and secure, loving bonds.

Celebrate and Strengthen Your Covenant

  • “Romantic love is all about attachment and emotional bonding. It is all about our wired-in need to have someone to depend on, a loved one who can offer reliable emotional connection and comfort. Love is not the icing on the cake of life. It is a basic primary need, like oxygen or water. Once we understand and accept this, we can more easily get to the heart of relationship problems.” – Sue Johnson
  • As a couple, you will learn how to:
  • Foster a closer and more deeply connected relationship,
  • Cultivate greater emotional and physical intimacy,
  • Forgive and move through past or present hurts,
  • Communicate with more clarity and effectiveness.
  • Together you’ll create a more secure and resilient marriage in which you know that you matter, that you are cared for, that you are important to your spouse and how to use your difficulties to restore loving connection, as God intended.
