Dr. Leanne Campbell is co-director of the Vancouver Island Centre for EFT and Campbell & Fairweather Psychology Group and is an Honorary Research Associate of Vancouver Island University. Trained by Dr. Sue Johnson in the early 1990s, she has continued to work in the EFT model since that time, and has provided psychotherapy services to hundreds of individuals, couples and families over the past about three decades.
An active ICEEFT Certified Trainer, Leanne has been providing trainings in EFT over the past many years and has similarly been involved in the development of various training materials including DVDs, on-line educational/training programs, books, workbooks and articles.
Leanne is the co-author of the first EFIT (Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy) text with Dr. Sue Johnson, A Primer for Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT): Cultivating Fitness and Growth in Every Client (Routledge, 2021), and EFT for Trauma (2026) as well as a workbook for therapists training in EFT (see Furrow et al., Routledge, 2022).

Heike McCahon

Heike McCahon is an experienced counsellor and educator with over 30 years experience and a therapist, supervisor and trainer in EFT.
She has a Master’s degree in education and a diploma in both teaching and counselling. Since 2013 she has been intensively involved with the growth of EFT in New Zealand and has helped form a solid base of EFT therapists throughout the country.
She facilitates numerous supervision groups and encourages the formation of peer led groups.
She is originally from Germany but has been in New Zealand since 1988. She lives in Christchurch where she works in private practice, mainly seeing couples and supervisees. She works in person as well as online. Her passion is to help couples reconnect and individuals engage in healing and self-discovery. She brings warmth, humour and biculturalism to her work. She believes in supporting therapists to learn EFT in a safe, relaxed environment where they can feel open to share and learn.

Simona Herb, PhD

Dr. Simona Herb is a licensed Systemic Marriage and Family Therapist based in Iași, Romania. She is a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Trainer and Supervisor, and the Founder and Director of the Psiris Center, home of EFT Romania.
She completed her doctoral research on forgiveness, Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy, and couple satisfaction. Since 2013, Simona has been providing EFT training in Romania and leading the development of the EFT community nationwide, supporting the training of more than 700 therapists.
Teaching alongside her mentors in both Romanian and English, she has expanded EFT training in Romania to include international participants, welcoming therapists from countries such as Italy and Poland. Simona offers supervision in both Romanian and English.

Andrea Pagini, PhD

Dr. Andrea Pagini is the founder of the EFT Italia Community. He is a Certified Trainer, Supervisor and Therapist. He is a Psychologist and Psychotherapist, and has worked for 20 years in the Psychotherapy field. He founded a center in Rome for couple therapy called “La casa della coppia”, and teaches at ASPIC University in Rome. Before specializing in EFT, he originally studied Humanistic and Integrate Psychotherapy. Andrea has a private practice in Rome, Italy, working with individuals, couples, groups, and supervises and teaching EFT.
He has published three books: “Il successo professionale 2.0″ (2012); “Il Counseling psicologico” (2014); “La casa della coppia” (2017). In addition, he has published numerous articles in scientific and popular magazines, speaking on radio and Italian television about couples. He has also designed and developed the first Italian smartphone app related to couples “Crescere insieme in coppia”. His work aims to spread EFT as a tool of well-being and a resource for couples, families and individuals.

Lotte van Hoorn

Lotte van Hoorn is a Dutch licensed Clinical Psychologist /Psychotherapist and Family Therapist. She lives and works in Utrecht, the Netherlands. She has a lot of experience working with people with insecure attachment, personality disorders, trauma and depression. Besides EFT she is trained in Schema Therapy and EMDR. Lotte works alongside colleagues in a private practice seeing couples, families, individuals and supervisees. She also runs Hold me Tight programs for couples and for therapists and their partner. Together with ICEEFT trainer Karin Wagenaar she inspires Dutch therapists to keep working on their EFT skills by developing different trainings, masterclasses and webinars. She is determined to support, grow and inspire the Dutch EFT community and supervisors so we can all learn together. Her clients as well as her trainees describe Lotte as loving, attuned, clear and upbeat.
Besides her love for Emotionally Focused Therapy and the difference she can help bring to people’s lives with this wonderful model, she also loves travelling, movies, reading, belly loughs and chocolate. And, ofcourse, her friends, partner and children, who she loves more than anything else in the world.

Robin Williams Blake, RP

Robin Williams Blake created the Zooming into EFT program in 2018, one year before the pandemic with a goal of making EFT trainings accessible to clinicians living in remote areas. Since then he has hosted over 15 trainings and is excited to team up with Dr. Rebecca Jorgensen on this exiting EFT project, now in its 4th Season.
Robin is a Founding Director of the Toronto Centre for Emotionally Focused Therapy. He is a faulty member in the graduate program for Sir Wilfrid Laurier University (Waterloo, Ont.), as well as a guest speaker in their continued education program. In 2023 he designed and taught the first EFT Core Skills equivalency course to be offered at a Canadian University. In the past few years, Robin has taught EFT at York University in their social work program and was invited by Mount Sinai Hospital to speak at their level two trauma clinic.
As an international trainer, Robin enjoys training all three modalities of Sue Johnson’s amazing model worldwide. For the past 3 years, he has been a regular consultant for Hold Me Tight retreats organized by Toronto Beyond the Blue a not-for-profit organization providing therapeutic services for the Toronto police force and their families.

Dr. Tal Padeh is a licensed clinical psychologist, and certified EFT therapist, supervisor and a trainer candidate. She is a founding member and serves as the head leader of the EFT Israeli Centre.
Dr. Padeh brings extensive experience in individual and couples therapy, helping partners reconnect, strengthen emotional bonds, and resolve relational challenges. She is teaching EFT, leading professional projects, and supervising therapists. She has a full-time practice in Jerusalem and online, with adults couples. Before specializing in EFT she was trained in additional approaches, including AEDP, Schema Therapy, and psychoanalytic perspectives. Giulia Altera, PhD

Dr. Giulia Altera is a Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, and Certified Trainer, Supervisor, and Therapist with ICEEFT. She is also an internationally certified Schema Therapist (ISST) and has advanced training in the treatment of trauma and dissociative disorders (ISSTD). Giulia is a co-founder of EFT Italia and leads EFT training in Italy, Brazil, Iran, and Poland among others. With a background in forensic psychology, she has worked in high-security prisons and psychiatric facilities. Giulia teaches in advanced training schools and works on community development in Italy and Brazil. She has contributed to the translation of key EFT texts, including Hold Me Tight, and is a frequent speaker at international conferences. Fluent in Italian, English, and Portuguese, she supports therapists and clients worldwide in achieving deeper emotional connections.
